What can be used as transportation when traveling? Taxi, bus or even bicycle can be ways but nothing can match subway considering its cheap and convenient environment.


Daegu City Metro has 3 lines and those lines will bring you to every corner of Daegu.



On Line 1, there are Anjirang Station and Hwawon Station to visit.

If you are to taste famous grilled entrails, Anjirang Station will be the destination.

Each restaurant has its own recipe and sauce with unique art of cooking. Varied variation of grilled entrails attract even the young.





When drop off at Hwawon Station, Mabijeong Mural Village will welcome visitors. Recently used as a filming site of famous entertainment program named ‘Running Man’, the village still preserves Korea back to 1960s and 1970s on murals.Various cultural and traditional events are prepared for visitors.



Gyeongdae Hospital Station and Duryu Station have the place to visit on Line 2.

Kim Gwang Seok Street where formed in the memory of Kim Gwang Seok who was the most beloved singer in Korea lies near Gyeongdae Hospital Station. As if boasting that the street is the memorial of artist, various murals and sculptures welcome visitors.



If you are to visit E-world, Durye Station will welcome you. With exciting rides, E-world is known for its photo spots. Cherry blossoms, Horror Festival, cosmos and Illumination Festival will welcome visitors all year long.


Suseongmot Station and Seomun Market Station are ones on Line 3.

The lake called Suseongmot is the destination as its name indicates. Walking trail, swan boats and even on-water concerts in night are popular among the young.



The destination of Seomun Market Station is also can be known through its name. Not just large market on daytime, night market with tasty street foods attracts travelers. More than a million people visited on Chuseok holidays.

Daegu Colorful Festival which held for 2 days from May 27th, will be introduced through SNS influencers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. Daegu City officials have invited 8 foreign influencers for the promotion of Daegu Colorful Festival and tourist spots which held for 4 days. This invitation was to promote foreign visitors to join the festival and for diversity of tourism industry.
