SNS influencers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan visit Korea for promotion of Daegu Colorful Festival

Daegu Colorful Festival which held for 2 days from May 27th, will be introduced through SNS influencers from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan.


Daegu City officials have invited 8 foreign influencers for the promotion of Daegu Colorful Festival and tourist spots which held for 4 days. This invitation was to promote foreign visitors to join the festival and for diversity of tourism industry.



The invitation included schedule of traveling between Daegu-Seoul and Daegu-Gyeongbuk due to inter-city transportation information is crucial as number of foreign independent tour(FIT) increased.

Invited SNS influencers have uploaded information and contents about KTX and tourist spots. SNS influencers specialized in fashion and beauty industry fitted with main industries of Daegu.

Influencers from Taiwan entered South Korea on 25th through Incheon International Airport departed to Daegu by KTX after visiting Insadong and Myeongdong. Influencers from Japan through Daegu International Airport experienced Daegu-Gyeongju coordinated tour course. Influencers from Hong Kong also experienced coordinated tour course on 28th after finishing the  invitation schedule.

On 26th, the influencers visited well known dermatology, Kim Gwang Seok Street and E-World where became famous after being selected as a filming site of famous entertainment show ‘Running Man’. The influencers visited Colorful Festival and enjoyed with parade, food trucks and art market.

As the representing festival of Daegu, 13th Colorful Festival has presented various exciting experiences including Colorful Parade and Downtown Masquerade.

Daegu City officials have provided contents with 4K HD Video drone, 360° VR Camera through media on both 26th and 27th for effective influencer marketing.
